We emailed back and forth with up in smoke in December and in May about having them be apart of our community event in our neighborhood and have multiple emails confirming our date for 21st. I sent two emails trying to confirm with no response, called left a voicemail and texted with no response. I received a text back after I had to call repeatedly stating that they do not have anything scheduled for this Friday. Unfortunately we now have to cancel our event due to this.

We had requested their services for a company picnic on Mahoney State Park. We explained before the deposit was given that we would need their food license for a park permit. We were assured that they would get that to us, so the deposit was paid. When it got closer to our deadline for the park I reached out asking for the license info. What a mess, it’s BBQ how hard is it? Wait an hour in line in the cold for COLD food. Then when they forget part of your order and you ask they say “do you want it?” Well I paid for it what do you think???
