Went to the podiatrist. This guy is useless and rude getting a biopsy of a toenail. He says well just keep calling until we have the results I said why don't you just call me when you get them? He said we don't do that… Asked for orthotics, they didn't even write it downthen says they do that somewhere else to other podiatrist told me they could operate on my feet and this one said there's nothing that can be done. I'm just getting somebody else.

This place wasn't great when Dr. McCarran was there, at least they may pick up the phone and give you the run around.Now the same problem exists. They tell you they will request a procedure to be done. And 2 weeks later the Insurance has no clue and here we are again with the phone not working or it just hangs up on you. Insurance couldn't get through. Horrible feeling knowing the person told you that you may have a blood clot and the seriousness of it only to be left in limbo.
