The BBQ was decent, but the sides were not very good, and very expensive. I love BBQ beans, but theirs were tough and kind of flavorless.
A friend told me that this was the best brisket he'd had East of Texas. I agree - brisket, ribs, jerk chicken... All was so good! Great staff. (Oh, and the most unique bathroom for 100 miles. It's a modified horse trailer).
We seek out BBQ and smoked meats whenever we travel. This Saturday- only offering is by far the most exquisitely smoked meats we've ever had. The pork and brisket were sublime and the pastrami was out of this world. Will is a true pit master.
