I just got off a 16hour no break shift in healthcare and wanted to treat myself yo some good BBQ. AND THAT I DID! First time here and I love it! Food is great, workers were so sweet and it the first time I pre tip and I don't regret it. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Definitely making the hour drive to eat here again.
I was so looking forward to good, juicy fall-off-the-bone ribs, but I couldn’t have been more disappointed. We dined in, and I don’t think it took more than 3 minutes for our waiter to bring our food. (By the way, I gave 5 stars for the service because the waiter was a pleasant young man.) Ordered a cheesy hashbrown bowl with brisket. The hashbrowns were not warm at all- didn’t even melt the cheese on top. Just not good. I read the description and it didn’t mention scallions on top (I hate onions) and had at least 1/4 cup on- gross - had to pick off. What made me the most ticked off - was that I had a gift certificate- paper mind you-and had a little balance that I paid in cash- and they charged me the 5% fee for cc.
