My daughter and I walked in here on a spontaneous whim on the 4th of July about an hour before they closed, and we were soooo happy we did! The atmosphere was a peaceful one and the clerk was super helpful, friendly and he had the best doggie ever! Found a whole bunch of great stuff to purchase, including several varieties from our favorite brand of incense. We left feeling very elated about our Up In Smoke experience, and I would highly recommend this place!
Just went in to drop between $100-$200 on a present for a friend. Asked the woman in glasses if I could use the restroom as I had just spent an hour in the car and didn't want to feel hurried whole browsing. She couldn't have been more rude. I understand if you don't allow customers to use your restrooms but no need to be rude or look down your nose at me. You're a clerk at a store...not a movie star. Will NEVER spend a dime there again. To the Mushroom I go
I just got shook off by some chick in glasses at 6:57pm ... cash in hand too. Not good.
