I enjoy my time at the UP Wellness Center, the water is warmer, and It is a good place to go for an uplifting place to go...I always go a bit early to walk too, helps get me ready to go into pool!!
It's a good place to feel good in the warm therapy pool, the exercise equipment is well used by everyone too.
