Physical Therapy: I gave 3 stars because the staff member working with me made disparaging comments about two parts of my body. On one of the two occasions, she also laughed about it. I was in shock. I still am, when I think about it.
Weirdest place I ever went can't even explain it. I now know that evil exists though from what I dealt with and my mom has dealt with. They treat people like dirt!
The physical therapy staff is amazing however the billing is horrendous. I got billed something that happened one year ago, which I thought I already paid for. I try calling and get nowhere because the people in the billing department are clueless. Highly recommend people to go somewhere else or try and not get injured or this place may try and double charge you (and then try and gas light you).
Three stars because they do have some good doctors (Dr. Cass is THE best in my opinion), but there are overarching problems with how things are ran: Communication is lacking. Recieving test results within the estimated time frame is not common from my experiences - usually 1-2 weeks late. Visits for medical concerns often feel rushed even though those visits need to be scheduled way in advance. Agreeing with some other reviews: the walk in hours are *very* limited.
