I went to the hospital in Marquette and we went to the 6th floor and a lady said 14 and older are aloud to see family members and then the lady was not letting my great grandma talk and she said "im going to call security" and my great grandma was saying "we cant let kids under because they will jump aroud and mess with stuff and she was talking to my brothers and me but the lady interupted her. So i rate this 1 star hospital
My stay at Duke hospital of Marquette was more unbearable than the surgery I had. Many of the staff were unsympathetic to my needs and condition. They were short tempered and rude. Doctors were rarely seen. The case manager was of no help. My heart goes out to those staff members who treated me with care.

Had an IR procedure today… Everyone from registration to discharge were exceptional! I received excellent care!
During one of the scariest experiences of my life this past week I've had the best care at UP Health Systems! They think I experienced a TIA, from the ambulance drivers, to the ER team and MRI, to Grace in Cardiac and Kim in health services I believe everyone was AMAZING!!
