Treating me like I'm an inconvenience to their day, not answering questions and overall dismissive of concerns. Food half par, at best. I was warned by an employee that if I use the call button, they will start ignoring it, saying I'm "difficult" and she was right. Waited almost an hour for the toilet. Forced me to take medicine I refuse to take, tried argueing with me that headaches is not a side effect of that medication, when it absolutely is even when you read the enclosed information sheet.. so doc obviously does not kn... read more
Extraordinary staff, very professional, caring, knowledgeable. By far my best experience at any hospital. This place is a true gem, from the facility, to the Physicians, the RN's, to the Care Aides. Just a remarkable experience during a challenging time in my life. UPHS is family to me, now.
Worst communication system in this hospital,no one seems to be on the same page when it comes to doctors and nurses,the patient like I and a family member were and are having to put up with the brunt of the miscommunication and we end up suffering from their actions piss poor management on all levels
When it’s the only option, it’s the only option, but if I could rate zero stars, I would. I do not trust this hospital to fix an infected hangnail let alone save my life. They do not follow standard protocols and could care less about actually being professional towards their patients. They do not allow you to speak with the proper people in terms of HR and management, and redirect you to an advocate who cannot actually assist with the issue at hand.
