Bought a water pump from here after being assured by staff it would fit my model. Got home, installed it, and it didn’t work at all. When I brought it back, they claimed it was "used" and refused a return. Completely unprofessional and not what I expect from a store that claims to be RV experts.
I visited this RV supply store hoping to find a few replacement parts for my trailer, but the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked questions, I got vague or dismissive answers. One employee even rolled his eyes when I asked about a product I saw online. Won’t be coming back—customer service is everything in this business, and they clearly don’t care
This store is seriously overpriced compared to other RV supply places. I was shocked at how limited their stock was too—basic items like sewer hoses, electrical adapters, and leveling blocks were either out of stock or marked up ridiculously high. Ended up ordering what I needed online for half the cost.
