When I first called, the person who answered the phone informed me that the location had moved down the street and provided directions. When I arrived, I spoke with the same employee who had answered my call. He took the time to inspect my axle and worked with the staff to try to remove it. While I waited, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who was friendly and easy to talk with.
