Loved my virtual training through up fitness, was convenient and easy and all the trainers were excellent! I worked with Xan a lot and he was great. Virtual training seemed like an odd concept at first but it has been GREAT for me during the pandemic to hold me accountable and stick to a schedule!

Buyers beware! UpFitness is not located at 12 Coogan bvd. They moved in the middle of the mandated shut down. They did not tell their long standing members. They did continue to charge members for March and April during the mandated shut down. I wanted to see UP survive this pandemic but to move and not tell anyone about it and still not let them out of their contacts which are tied to the original location is just unsatisfactory. Up Fitness has recently lowered their prices and are offering incentives to join. This is a truly unique club, similar in many ways to the Equinox clubs. Take the time to check them out!

This place is CLEAN! The equipment is in perfect condition. The towels are soft, steam room is perfect after a workout. The showers are nicer than my own home. You defiantly get what you pay for. Never leaves me wanting for anything. Just can’t say enough!
