I cannot say enough. I made a serious error with my mower. Thankfully I caught it in time. I ran down to Up and Running and the guy at the counter seemed to drop everything and completely saved my day ! Thank you guys for top notch service !!!
Just want to say thank you . In my opinion u guys killed it in all honesty in every category of service, , Communication with customer, cost ,etc. very impressed with your choice of products you sell love stihl that’s all I have weedeater, chainsaws, blowers, etc. and Toro is my preference in mowers my toro titan z has 1200 hrs and runs great I’m ready for a new one and definitely will come to you when I’m ready to purchase. Definitely will speak highly of your business to anybody that has mower, etc. problems. Thanks again.
Poor customer service and lies about calling you back. After being told they would call me back over 2 months ago, I’ve still not received a calk back. NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone! I’ll be happy to drive farther and pay more in labor versus have a business lie right to my face and not call me back.
I am retired and have to watch my budget. This wonderful company has come through twice so far to give me cost-effective options to fix and maintain my troy bilt riding mower. Highly recommend
