I just got of the line with a supervisor with out even knowing till the end of the call. First and foremost first impressions are everything and I happened to be a new patient coming in next week. Simple blood draws..twice was denied..incompetent management..physician was understanding..sadly they don't know how to code appropriately..be cautious..you will have to question every thing they request..I have wonderful insurance and was still denied requesting cash payment
I was a well treated Patient for years and all of a sudden they do not care about you unless you want to lose weight.Absolutely opposite definition of a primary care provider. Would rather die on my floor then go back there now
A huge shout out to medical assistant Stephanie for the great care and compassion shown to me at my recent visit. Stephanie took the time and patience with me to qualm my fears and truly put me at ease. I will forever be grateful to her during a very stressful moment I experienced.
