Update - they have corrected their mistake and extended my membership. Have to give credit to them for apologising and fixing their mistakes, so changing my review to 4 stars Disappointed with my experience. I bought a 20-visit pass last July and was never told it would expire in 6 months—no policy was provided at sign-up. The website and flyers both say they expire after 12 months, which is misleading.
