Was appreciative of the fact that the office was able to fit me in. The young lady at the front desk seem to recognize my frustration over some office mishaps with scheduling and how badly I needed to be heard (struggling with sleep deprivation) and truly did her best to get me seen. The doctor did see me and urged me to stay with the plan to address my sleep issues with the device. I agreed to not allow my frustrations to so easily cause me to give up but instead ask for help.
