Can't recommend going here. The doctor I have is knowledgeable but doesn't always communicate everything that needs to be communicated such as what tests I'll be taking and why. Both blood clinics, inpatient and outpatient, is what has led me to switch providers. 2 out of the 4 blood draws I've had taken have been botched with lots of pain and bruising along with either not enough blood taken or a wrong vial used.
Getting an appointment is ridiculous it doesn't matter if your sick or not it takes months to get one it seems like they can care less about the people being seen... So if you expect or need to been seen right away you'll have better luck in a hospital emergency room....
Excellent customer service from this office. This is my first PCP experience with UofL and I have zero complaints. The front office staff are very kind and considerate. If they do not know the answer to something, they will investigate and find out for you. The medical staff from the medical assistants, nurses and Dr Rabilall are patient, kind and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend this location.
Dr's in this group are amazing but, if your sick, or need an ER follow up, expect to wait at least a week to 2 weeks for an appt. I got tired of spending 4 to 10 hours in an ER so I left.
