Dr. Lin and his staff were genuinely interested in making sure I that I understand the whole process they go through preparing me for my cochlear implant. I feel very confident now that I will be hearing in the ear that I've lost any outside sound. I will be scheduled for my surgery soon and after backing out of it the first time I feel confident that after Dr Lin performs the surgery I will be hearing in my ear for the first time in a very long time. The audiology staff assisting have been very helpful also.

My experiences with UL ENT have been terrible. My biggest complaint is poor communication and poor quality of care. I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Gerry Lynn for August 7 at 1:45. I did all the pre-check-in prior to my arrival time I was taken back by a very nice nursing assistant and was put in a room to wait for Dr. Lin. During the entire visit for the appointment with Dr. Lin, I never actually saw Dr. Lin. Dr Potts was great! After 14 years of my chronic issue, he is the first to mention a tangible reason. Not just guess and throw medicine at it!
