Absolutely do not recommend. Any time you change insurance, they cancel your child's appointment. They call, but they do not allow for time to call them back before they just completely cancel the appointment. It is absolutely infuriating and we will never be bringing our child to this horrible location ever again.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my boys had at UofL Pediatric Dentistry today. Their appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and even though we arrived five minutes early, we still waited 15–20 minutes before only one of my children was called back. My 7-year-old ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, which is completely unacceptable for a pediatric office. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and empathy. No one answers the phone, it is truly mind-boggling how they can operate when they do zero administrative work. It seems the only thing they can do is cancel appointments (morning of, no notice).

My mark is 0. First our visit was ok, they told me that my son need to fix 6 teeth under the sleeping, they told that I need to think, and when I decide to call them and stay in line for this fixing. BUT after 2 days they I call to that number that they gave me, woman said that she doesn't register to the fixing teeth. Why they gave me number to call to person who didn't do this job??
