This location has its perks that the downtown location does not. Such as, the cleanliness is better and it isn't overcrowded. However, the nursing staff at this location is disgusting. I'm truly appalled everytime I come to this location. Today, they were loudly discussing their patients(by name) and going through who they didn't want because their treatment was too extensive, or the patient was crazy, etc. They also were loudly making fun of patients and using bad language.
