I found the young lady who signed me in to be kind, patient and professional. However, the technicians were loudly complaining about wanting to go home, it was shocking because it was only 11 a. m. As a former nurse, I found it showed a lack of professional behavior. No patient wanted to be there either, yet we all were patiently waiting our turn even though it was obvious most of the patients were not feeling well. This location has its perks that the downtown location does not. Such as, the cleanliness is better and it isn't overcrowded. However, the nursing staff at this location is disgusting. I'm truly appalled everytime I come to this location. Today, they were loudly discussing their patients(by name) and going through who they didn't want because their treatment was too extensive, or the patient was crazy, etc. They also were loudly making fun of patients and using bad language.
