Absolutely amazing and adequate service is always provided! The staff is professional and always willing to answer any questions that you may have!!! Soooo glad the School of Dentistry is in the Westend now and Dr. Powell is The Best!!
I made my appointment last year in July, just to take off work take two Lyfts to get there in back in freezing temperature. Just for them not to have the decency or consideration to text call or email to reschedule are to inform me that they were gonna be closed. The level of Unprofessionalism is unreal and especially when it's a new facility in the Westend that was suppose to bring that, culture and care to it has greatly disappointed it's community it serves.
This whole chain of clinics and oral surgery dept has failed me!! From never answering the phone to trying to pull teeth that I clearly told them I still felt the pain!! Not being able to get help with pain after oral surgery because you can't get ANYONE to answer the phone or even return the call after leaving several messages!! Also feeling violated while getting my teeth pulled because all i could feel was the dentist and his assistants private part against my arm. I'm so traumatized that I don't even know what to do!!
