The Outdoor gives out gear with missing parts and flaws. My boyfriend and I have rented a few times from here and the first time they gave us a tent with a hole in the top so that when we camped, rain poured into our tent which was unfortunate for our whole weekend and we had to leave early. When we returned it, the employee charged us full price for this rental and when we asked for a partial refund or compensation they were very unhelpful and refused to work with us on this issue. Amazing place. Rentals are cheap and diverse. Nice staff and generally great experience. Occasionally they will run out of tubes and kayaks on hot weekends, but 🤷♂️ it happens!
