About this business
45 minutes of functional, and fun exercise at the University of Oregon! UO F45 takes place in its very own room, dedicated to the F45 program. Two certified coaches lead you through a 45 minute workout that is never the same! Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated to strength days, while Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are cardio focused. Saturday we have an hour long conditioning class. All of this is $35 for 10 weeks of classes (and access to all of our other Group X workouts). Facility access is required for all classes.
