Visited for a shampoo, condition and steam treatment/repair. The shop is clean, modern and beautifully decorated which created a warm, pleasant atmosphere. Rashea took the time to analyze my hair texture, porosity, density and performed a scalp analysis. That was very helpful because I didn't realize I was using too much conditioner which was clogging my pores. I booked a consultation for a "human hair illusion crochet install" but had to cancel after realizing the salon was over 4 hours away from me—not 1 hour as I initially thought. I gave a 6-hour notice, thinking that was more than reasonable and respectful of the stylist’s time. Despite all of this,the stylist refused to refund the consultation fee.
