I was experiencing lower back and hip pain. First visit was today and I can tell you Mark knows his stuff. He worked lower back, legs, hips and neck. My range of motion is amazing, my hip pain is 95 percent gone and lower back feels great. Mark is the real deal. If you have any pain, go see him, you will be glad you did. I already set my next appointment.
I went to Marc regularly during a 3 month work trip in the area, and he was fantastic. He always knew exactly what my body needed, even with just a little input, and focused on the right areas based on my work. He also shared helpful techniques and resources to work on my problem areas between sessions and was just a wealth of knowledge overall. Super easy to schedule with, and the space was always calm and relaxing. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in town.
Marc did an incredible job loosening my pelvis, lumbar, low thorasic, upper thorasic, cranium, shoulders. I never felt so good after a massage. He also showed me to stand straighter and how to sleep at night! Thank you Marc!
I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. It was a great experience. Marc is skilled at what he does and has exceptional knowledge of how the body works. He gave me some great advice regarding sleeping positions, weak areas for training and shoes/inserts. I had quite a few knots/adhesions/tight muscles and walked out feeling relaxed and recharged after an outstanding deep tissue massage.
