Great location. However, i had to clean the sofa with an upholstery cleaner as it was greasy and stained. Cobwebs with tiny spiders on the front door hinge. Dryer full of lint. Fresh towels on the beds but were still damp. Doona and pillow smelt of mould in 2nd bedroom. Paint peeling. Old bathroom and laundry. I can put up with old but not mould.
