I booked a mother-daughter mani/pedi while on vacation, hoping for a relaxing afternoon together. Why have an appointment only nail salon if the person you schedule with doesn’t show up for the scheduled appointment? I drove 25 mins from Ogden and arrived on time for my 11:00 appointment, was told to wash my hands and pick a color. Waited for 15 mins until one of the nail techs came up and told me that the tech that was supposed to do my nails didn’t know she had to work today and they had a fully booked schedule and couldn’t do my nails so I needed to reschedule. Been getting my nails done here for the past almost 3 years and it's my favorite salon ever. Friendly staff, super helpful with scheduling even if I make a mistake in their online system. Always professional, sparkling clean facility. I usually do gel pedis, sometimes gel manis, and they look amazing and professional every time. All my friends and coworkers go here too. Jori is my girl!
