I went to Unwind for a massage to help with muscle tightness, overall stress and a chronically tight lower back. Shea worked through all of my problem areas with exactly the right amount of pressure and care. She is wonderful. 90 minutes was over way too quickly! I left feeling so much better and plan to go back regularly.
After shoulder surgery I was hesitant to get back to my workout routine, but after a handful of sessions my healing was accelerated. It gave me confidence. Heather knows her craft and she cares.
