Went in to see Lisa with acute head & neck pain. After an hour and a half CranioSacral Therapy Session By that evening I had less pain than I had for over 10 days. And the first night sleep I’ve had for a week. It was a deep emotional release so I was a bit spacey, not sad, but all I can say is it was a great relief, physically, and emotionally. It’s a very safe space with Lisa and I highly recommend if you are experiencing any kind of distress, she would be the person to help you.
Lisa truly has an intuitive, healing touch and soul. I highly recommend her work if you have pain, stress, anxiety or want to heal you body, mind and spirit.
