Lisa's massage room is clean, welcoming with beautiful art on the walks. She is great at finding the places that need a little extra care. I love the sound healing element of her massage sessions. Lisa is warm, caring and well-trained in this field, as well as in yoga and energy movement. I've been her client for over a year. She's great!!
This was potentially my most favorite bodywork session I've ever had and Lisa is incredibly talented. She combines different advanced healing modalities and is very intuitive. I felt both a physical and emotional release and felt like my energy and body was cleansed and restored. I have felt great since and I'll definitely be back. Already been referring/telling friends about Lisa and Unwind as well.

Lisa of Unwind is amazing! If you are looking for more than just a standard body massage this is your place. She offers quite a few healing modalities in a safe, clean environment. I am currently doing monthly, 2hr sessions & I am amazed at the depth of healing after each session...I look forward to the next visit!
