Lisa of Unwind is amazing! If you are looking for more than just a standard body massage this is your place. She offers quite a few healing modalities in a safe, clean environment. I am currently doing monthly, 2hr sessions & I am amazed at the depth of healing after each session...I look forward to the next visit!

With years of experience and a deeply intuitive approach, she blends a variety of healing modalities—including Reiki, craniosacral therapy, and Theta Healing—to create sessions that are both restorative and transformative. Lisa is deeply connected to her work and takes the time to truly understand what each client needs.
