Thank you Abby! My friend and I got to experience the salt room and floated! I can't tell enough people about how great this was. You walk out of there feeling so good and at peace. I will be back- can't wait to try the rest! Abby is so informative!!
Seriously had the most amazing morning at Unwind. Started with an hour long float session followed by 45 mins in the salt room! Left there feeling so positive and relaxed!! I will most definitely be spending lots more time there in my future!!! Thanks sooo much Abby for sharing all of your knowledge!!!

Absolutely loved my morning at Unwind. Started with an aromatherapy consultation, then an infrared sauna visit, and finally a float with guided meditation. Abby took amazing care of me! I am so excited to book my next appointments.
