Seriously had the most amazing morning at Unwind. Started with an hour long float session followed by 45 mins in the salt room! Left there feeling so positive and relaxed!! I will most definitely be spending lots more time there in my future!!! Thanks sooo much Abby for sharing all of your knowledge!!!
