Huge shout out to Kyle from Unwanted Cars! I spoke to him on the phone regarding my mom’s vehicle, he was very polite & made the process of junking the vehicle super easy. Kyle showed up within a timely manner, & paid us the amount quoted over the phone. Definitely will recommend this company to anyone looking to junk their vehicle.
I had a 2006 gmc Sierra that sat in my yard for so long it was sunken into the ground. I got in contact with a gentleman named Kyle that struck a deal, then came an got the truck same day! Definitely recommended!!
Called on a Friday and received an offer. Was told a driver would be in touch to schedule an appointment. An entire week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called back. They had lost all my information including the offer and had me start again and tell them what the offer was they had made. I understand mistakes and computer errors happen.
