Called on a Friday and received an offer. Was told a driver would be in touch to schedule an appointment. An entire week went by and I didn’t hear anything, so I called back. They had lost all my information including the offer and had me start again and tell them what the offer was they had made. I understand mistakes and computer errors happen.
