I decided to try this company for biweekly cleanings because the person I was using before was inconsistent. I actually found them kind of by chance, I saw their car while driving, called the number on the side, and spoke with a gentleman whose name started with an H (don’t want to butcher it). He asked about the number of rooms and square footage and gave me a price on the spot, which honestly made me a little uncomfortable. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!!! Make sure you document your property BEFORE you hire someone to come into your home to do work. Don't end up like me. My floors are RUINED now. When I brought it to their attention they acted like they didn't know how the spots go there. And to make matters worse, the next day their office texts me, and tried to blame it on me saying that the person cleaning was just "moving a bottle of 'something' I had in the house" (I'm no longer living in the house and there is no cleaning chemicals on the prope... read more
