Zero stars if it were possible. Six months of paid premiums, zero benefits, zero accountability. We have paid UNUM for COBRA Dental and Vision coverage for six consecutive months — over $615 in premiums — and UNUM's own system still shows our coverage as "terminated." Five weeks of no pay, calling does nothing because the people don’t even know how to work their own system. My payroll is helpless to get me any money. They ask for paperwork constantly and do nothing with it. I would recommend every union every government every large business to stay away from this organization, they may have decent rates, but they have poor poor performance. The customer service and the communication for this company is horrible. Since you can't email, you have to call them directly, in which you talk to a different person each time. I wish I can get the recordings from the conversations I've had with them and play them for people. You wouldn't think it was real. I can't believe that my job has their employees go through this. Not sure what is going on with the Out sourcing of this company. Talked to two people today, and neither were Based in the USA. This is the first time this has happened.
