Predatory insurance at it's finest they make you act out of diress to deny claims very unethical should be out lawed like predatory lending
Worst experience ever
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have done absolutely everything they have asked of me and they REFUSE to pay me my benefits. And to top it off when I FINALLY got ahold of a customer service representative they hung up on me! Yep hung up on me. Like wow. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONWY AWAY
Absolutely DO NOT waste your money on this company. I’ve been out of pay for 6 weeks an they refuse to pay me when I’ve done absolutely everything asked of me plus more. They are impossible to get ahold of and when you do finally reach someone they will hang up on you for no reason!
