Last year, things went pretty quick and this year it says they are reviewing my case. I spoke to my case manager and she basically got angry about why I called her. Like hey, the letter says is expected to be approved and still hasn’t been approved. I’m going into my third week. So, I won’t get a full paycheck and they are still reviewing. My experience since January 20 has just been back-and-forth unclear none of the agents know what’s going on with the case when I call I’m just really disappointed
Horrible service would honestly give 0 stars of possible was trying to fix my claim online and over the phone was hung up on 2 times worst service possible

UNUM is absolutely abysmal. There is no response when requesting a call back and requests to fix broken parts of the portal are ignored completely. There are absurdly long hold times. If your company works with UNUM please push back on them and urge them not to.
