They terminated my disability. Made false statements why they did it. Flat out lies! Explicitly went against my Doctor’s advice.
First claim-They paid me a whole hundred dollars a week for my leave for cancer! Second claim they say they deposited 4000.00 in my account which I never received and call they said my account was hacked and they couldn't trace it was told it was a complete loss!
Unum discriminates against religious organizations in their corporate giving.
THE WORST insurance company I've ever had to deal with.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Endured an hour long phone call where I was transferred to 10 different “business partners” who were all 100% unhelpful. The last representative I spoke to would not end the call to allow me to leave a survey so she put me on mute for 25 minutes hoping I would hang up. Awful awful customer service.
