Not customer focused. WASTE of $$$. Hard to work with. Not responsive. Not operating in 2024. Archaic systems that DO NOT work effectively. If they had good customer service they would make calls and follow up but they do not.
By far the worst insurance company EVER!!!! I will not be renewing my policy come time to renew. I totally get the initial 14 days needed to wait before creating a claim. However, the issue that I have is the additional 15 BUSINESS days I have to wait just for FREAKING processing….. There has to be a better system
I paid for short term disability and long term disability for several year and got nothing from then when I needed it. First of all short-term disability does not pay unless you are disabled for 2-3 months. Then I was told if i change jobs I can take the insurance with me which is another lie. The payments I was making where not applied to my disability and after 90 days without any email or phone call they terminated my plan. Bunch of thieves; READ the fine print and every page you sign.
