This place doesn’t deserve any type of stars! SCAMMERS!!! Been paying into this through our union for 7 years! I needed it once when I got pregnant. Due to not being able to apply for fmla per our contract at the time. almost three years later still no help! Giving me the run around with everything!
How dare UNUM claim to protect people’s income when, in reality, they actively make it harder for people to get the treatment and support they desperately need. Their practices are absolutely appalling. Instead of helping, they consistently deny FMLA claims, leaving employees stranded and financially devastated in times of need. They will go to any lengths to underpay you, frustrate you, and complicate an already stressful process.
