It’s unbelievable—this process makes it seem like they don’t want you to take care of your family they want to make it as hard as possible, even when they’re sick or disabled and need you the most, even if it’s just for two weeks. I was hung up on by a person whom said she was a supervisor because she did not like the way I was speaking to her. They claim no consent form on file to speak to me but I did have consent and also had the documents saved in my email. However they kept insisting not on file.
