I was hung up on by a person whom said she was a supervisor because she did not like the way I was speaking to her. They claim no consent form on file to speak to me but I did have consent and also had the documents saved in my email. However they kept insisting not on file. They have done this before and after several calls and speaking to a supervisor they did have a consent form on file.
