They rarely pay her on time and they are always asking for additional information after already being provided with all necessary documentation from her medical team . If I could give them ZERO stars I would, this is one of the WORST companies I’ve encountered, I have been off work due to mental illness since April, my medical team has had to extend my leave several times EVERY single time it’s the same thing . The caseworkers they assign you barely reach out or calls you back . I’ve been waiting for about 2 weeks to hear from my caseworker just to find out this person is NO LONGER my caseworker. Took forever to get extension on an injury that was clear enough to know I wasn’t returning to work as quickly as the end date. Finally got it approved already back at work just for them to send payment to another bank account number. Then blaming me for falling for a phishing attack. Just crazy what I’ve been through!! 4 screws, a plate, and a spacer in my spine and have to deal with this? No thank you!
1) The customer service number has an extremely long automated system in order to get a representative and there is a place where it asks you to put in your party's extension number. When I asked for one they told me that they don't have extension numbers. 2) If there is a need to put an extension on your work leave, there is ZERO communication with you if there is additional information needed. 3) I downloaded the UNUM app and guess what... it doesn't work AT ALL!
