10/10 do not recommend this company they WILL NOT help you. They have made the whole experience of being injured worse at every opportunity. Also said ok we approved this and a deposit with be in your account on such and such day, well here I am weeks out from such and such day without a cent
I have had major Lower back surgery. They called me 1 day out of the hospital to discuss my leave. Mind you I submitted all my information 1month prior to surgery. This company is an absolute joke. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Everything has been super difficult considering I have worked for my company for 13 years so paid in. Please don’t go through what I have been going through!
Horrible company
Paid them for over 20 years and never needed the policies. Finally needed to use one out of many that I thought I had. Only to find out it had been terminated without notification a year earlier, because they had the wrong information on file. Unum will not do the right thing and reinstate the policy and let me back pay so I can file a claim.
