Worst insurance company around. They are crooks. They make you feel really good at first, then they pull the rug out from under you. You will talk to a different person everytime you call. Each time you will get a different answer. If you really hate your employees, This is an insurance company for them. They really need to be prosecuted for the shady service they provide.

I wouldn’t give them 1 star, but I had to just to submit my review. They are one of, if not, the worst insurance companies in business. After a stroke, I lost my job, and everything seemed good at first. Then after about a year after the stroke, and being unemployed, with absolutely no income, I was transferred to tier 2. Didn’t take hardly a month, the tier 2 cancelled/closed my claim, and it was even against my doctor’s advice . Horrible company to deal with. I filed a short term disability claim back on June 13th due to a surgery needed for a cancer diagnosis and still have yet to hear anything back and have not been paid in a month. Every time I call I just get "this is in review we cannot expedite the medical teams decision". They also keep pushing the date back from when I "should" get my answer. HORRIBLE.
