I would give them 0 stars if I could. They messed up claims and never call back. Can never get a case manager honestly don't think they even gave me one. Haven't been paid time off for emergency surgery give you the run around for numbers which go to the same message or call center. Why do companies even use them???? I can't return to work in jeopardy of losing phone and place to live. They are a joke!!!!
This company never returns calls. We have left 22 messages for help . Westley and Chris will not call you back regardless of circumstances. Bradley assured me a call back on 2/16 . No call back once again
Wish I could give UNUM a 0 out of 5 stars. The worst experience I've ever had with a company. I've wasted so much time for nothing - feels like I've been scammed.
10/10 do not recommend this company they WILL NOT help you. They have made the whole experience of being injured worse at every opportunity. Also said ok we approved this and a deposit with be in your account on such and such day, well here I am weeks out from such and such day without a cent
I have had major Lower back surgery. They called me 1 day out of the hospital to discuss my leave. Mind you I submitted all my information 1month prior to surgery. This company is an absolute joke. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. Everything has been super difficult considering I have worked for my company for 13 years so paid in. Please don’t go through what I have been going through!
