Totally useless, was out of work for 5 days for heart catheterization, submitted a claim, but got denied cause I wasn't out for 7 days, first of all 5 days is a 40 work hour period not 7 days, with advancement in medicine being out of work is cut down dramatically, so should the time out of work be cut down. It's all a scam and sales pitch when companies like this come to your work and say they will help us the employees out, never signing up for this again, absolutely no help at all.

One star is one too many. This company is beyond ridiculous. They approve disabilities then turn around and stop paying. They LOSE medical records. They look for any way to NOT pay. As for return phone calls? They don't know what those are. WORST company EVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Will make you jump through hoops only to pay pennies due to some obscure rule that’s not in the 36 page policy.
