One star is way too many. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been waiting four months for my check. Who can survive for four months without getting paid. I’ve been giving them their money on time every month for ten years. If I hadn’t I’d be dropped. But they can take all the time in the world. Don’t ever get with them.

The worst. If you can get through the maze of buttons to press to actually get to a person, they are basically telemarketers with no real info. The policy details are not visible in your online account. I had to request to be mailed paper copies to see what I'm even paying for. The one time I tried to file a claim in 3 years they kept denying it. After jumping through hoops they sent a check for $50.

Totally useless, was out of work for 5 days for heart catheterization, submitted a claim, but got denied cause I wasn't out for 7 days, first of all 5 days is a 40 work hour period not 7 days, with advancement in medicine being out of work is cut down dramatically, so should the time out of work be cut down. It's all a scam and sales pitch when companies like this come to your work and say they will help us the employees out, never signing up for this again, absolutely no help at all.
