Why is it so hard to get a form for FMLA?! My gosh!!! I'd rather do paper form if I could instead of calling. The website is somewhat helpful but to answer a question, is NOT the business!!
When I finally received the extension number to call the rep handling my claim, they rarely answer their phone. They do NOT communicate what's going on with your claim. The rest of the UNUM Reps are difficult to understand and they do NOT explain what needs to be done, how everything works, etc. The information on the UNUM website doesn't match with what they tell you over the phone. I needed this medical leave for health reasons, now I'm stressing out even more because I may not be paid for two weeks.
You guys just can’t answer the phone. I need to talk to someone.
