Unresponsive and terribly ineffective of getting you back to work
They find every reason not to pay. This company is not worth the money at all. My case took 10 months and over 30 hours worth of leg work, calls, documentation, endless customer disservice reps, and then a "no" reply. Their reasons are not valid. State Ins commission is my only option. They are a worthless company.
HORRIBLE! They literally play with people’s lives while they are already dealing with extreme challenges in life due to health.
Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Lack of clear communication. Can't reach case provider. Cannot believe this company acts this way in modern times.
