Edith is not only a kind soul but she is incredibly talented. I booked in with her after seeing how well she did my cousin’s hair. She understood exactly what I wanted and executed it to a T. I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment at all which happens often as I have thick, wavy hair. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Jenny (if that is her name?) delivered the most appalling excuse for a haircut I’ve ever witnessed. My sister walked in hoping for a simple trim and walked out looking like Edward Scissorhands lost a bet. Uneven ends? Check. Choppy, mismatched "layers"? Check.
