They installed a two way remote start system and a new radio in my car. Ryan and Troy were very polite and professional. I could not be happier with the work and the experience. The work was five star for a reasonable rate. In fact, their price beat their competitors price hands down. A couple days after the install, I had some questions on the operation of the remote start system and they were more than happy to answer my questions. They definitely earned a customer for life.
I went into Untouchable to have the breathalyzer fixed in my car because it was shorting out. One of the owners, Ryan, fixed the cable that was wrong and sent me on my way. Well, my car told me I had no brake lights. I brought it back, Ryan tore apart my dash, again, and looked for a few minutes. He said "Nothing I did, it's an old car, I'm not going to be held responsible", in a much less cordial voice. I just got a new remote starter installed. I called in with a complaint about the setup and they called me childish and irrational. Very poor customer service. I don't know how good their product or install is yet but I know I will not go back based on their terrible customer service alone. The problem I faced with the setup was the car turns off when the door Is opened after using the remote start. This means every time I use the remote start I have to start my car twice. Professional and courteous service, work performed for quoted price and on time. Had heated seats and remote start installed for a fraction of the price quoted for each at Ford and Garland or Iowa Auto Top. I'm pretty sure Troy there used to work at Ford and Garland, so don't be worried about employee experience from a relatively new shop in town.
