I recently completed a DBT group facilitated by Ariane at Untethered Therapy in Bellevue (15202), and I cannot recommend it enough. Ariane is an incredible facilitator—she has a gift for keeping every session grounded in the actual skills while making the material easy to digest. The therapy itself seemed to be pretty decent, I don't have a ton of therapy experience so it's tough to say 100%, but I did learn some things about myself I hadn't known previously. This being said, I had to cancel one session last minute due to being stuck at work. I emailed the therapist I was working with to let them know, and apologized and explained why it was so last minute, etc. Come to learn that they will charge a $125 cancellation fee (I was not aware of this, must've missed the fine print) and apparently give no ... read more
I work there as a counselor BUT I am also getting neurotherapy as a client and 10/10 would suggest. I understand how my brain works better after the initial scan (including what medications would be helpful) and my processing (thinking) speed is faster.
My therapist Cecilia W has helped me thru the toughest, darkest time in my adult life. I am very thankful for her insight, candor, sense of humor and expertise.
