One of the worst company in the world, they put the solar panels but they never give connection. My advice is don't go through UNTD ENERGY it is one of the worst company

This company promised me panels I never received. Stated I would have panels across the back side of my roof and along my garage roof to cover the size of my home including a 220 hot tub I no longer have. I received 15 panels which barely cover the back of my roof, I still pay electric and I doubt I will even get the tax credit that was promised. They lie, lie, lie. Typical sales company. Terrible customer service. My panels do not work. I have called so many times with voice-mails left and no response. If your looking for panels I recommend not buying any.

I am a member and boy do they have the worst customer service! They never answer the phone, emails, and the representatives just constantly just want to transfer you to someone else. so you never get anything done. Highly recommend not going with these guys they only care to take money out of your pockets and not actually help save money like they say they want to.

Been 8 months still waiting on a parts that was bad from the beginning. system had never been turn on. Hard to get hold of the sale person who sold it. Paying 2 bills, electric and the solor bill hope I can get this problem solve soon . Regret getting the system.
