I would give Untangled 0 stars if I could. These people came in five years ago and set up our system, claiming we had all of these technological issues from the previous owners and that they had a solution to fix it -- Control 4. They hooked our sonos, apple tv, cable, and pool controls to this app. They got rid of our regular fios cable remote and replaced it with a control 4 remote and had us download the control 4 app. This worked fine for a few years, but then there started to be problems.
