I've gone to Untangled for a bit over a year & I would be willing to bet I am their most difficult customer. My scheduleing of appointments are usually a day or two before I need to get in, yet they fit me in. My worries are always calmed. And I would like to to add that they have never taken too much off, colored me crazy or styled me wild. They treat my like I'm a very part of their establishment. Needless to say, I love the service provided by the beauticians who work at Untangled on N. Grand Ave. East Springfield IL
